Shipping & Delivery
At Mingle Strokes, every painting is packed and shipped with the same care and attention that goes into creating it. Your artwork deserves to arrive exactly as it left our studio — protected, pristine, and ready to hang.
Processing Time
Every order is carefully prepared before dispatch. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing after your order is confirmed. For custom commissions and personalized portraits, production time is 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. You will be notified at every stage.
Domestic Shipping — Pakistan
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. A tracking number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp once your order has been collected by our courier partner. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your city and order size.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery timelines for international orders range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. Mingle Strokes is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
Packaging
Every painting is wrapped in protective material, secured with foam corner guards, and placed in a custom-fit box designed to protect the artwork during transit. Framed pieces receive additional reinforcement. We do not compromise on packaging — your artwork is treated as the valuable piece it is.
Order Tracking

Delivery Insurance
All shipments are covered against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders. If your order is significantly delayed please reach out to us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Signature on Delivery
For high-value original artworks a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your piece reaches you safely. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
